The first image looks a little like she's wearing too much makeup.

firstly i think the result of no2 is much better. you did an excellent job with the hair replacement
however, i'm surprised to see this at the no.1 spot. personally i think no1 looks like what the original woman would look like if she had 3 tons of make up on... the skin tone is orange... a particularly problematic area is the forehead of no1.
All in all i dont think this is a terrible job... however, if i saw the result in a bar i would probably think 'oh dear that birds got too much make up' rather than 'fwaaaaaaaar' which is usually the expected result with this kinda touch up work.
Again, I'm not a nasty guy but i felt i could be brutally honest considering all the positive feedback before me has put you on the top spot...
peace.

Jiggeedoo: it's photoshop 7, it's hard to say about steps or some tutorial because I use different techniques. I believe there are many ways to get to this point
HuGGyBeaR: thanks, I'm looking for comments like this one. Fresh look, different point of view (especially when You look at work as a whole thing) is always helpful.
tirex: gora z gora sie nie zejdzie, a czlowiek z czlowiekiem..
